Donation Refund Policy
Donations support the operation and improvement of the free ASL Doctor Search public-information tools. A donation does not purchase services, affect access, or change search results. Donations are not represented as tax-deductible.
General policy
Because donations are voluntary contributions, they are generally non-refundable. We will review refund requests involving a duplicate donation, an incorrect amount, or a donation the payer believes was unauthorized.
Requesting a review
Contact Auto Secure Login within 14 days of the charge through the customer-support form. Include the donation date, amount, receipt email address, and the reason for the request. Do not send a complete card number or bank-account number.
Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing and posting times depend on Stripe, the card network, and the payer's financial institution. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
